Collection and use of your data

The scope and type of collection and use of your data differs depending on whether you are visiting our website only to retrieve information or to make use of the services we offer.

Passing on of personal data
A transfer of information takes place to our contracted event agency, which has been commissioned with the handling and processing of ticket orders. We have concluded a contract with this order processor pursuant to Art. 28 DSGVO.

If you have accessed the registration page via a link provided by your company, you can register for an event in a registration mask created individually for your company. In order to be able to verify whether you are actually an employee of the specified company, the data entered must be transmitted to your company for comparison. This transmission is based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO). Our legitimate interest is to ensure a smooth event registration.

If you choose the payment option "PayPal", your payment data will be forwarded to PayPal (Europe) S.à.r.l. & Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, 2449 Luxembourg (hereinafter "PayPal") as part of the payment processing.
