Company enquiries

Dear Pichmännel Oktoberfest friends:

As experience from previous years has shown that companies in particular find it very difficult to order several contiguous tables, we would like to give them the opportunity to submit reservation requests in advance.

Here you will find the form for company enquiries (from 07.04.25 / 10 am)
(min. 5 tables / max. 20 tables can be ordered)

This is only possible under the following conditions:

  • The reservation form provided must be completed in full. This will be available on our website from 07.04.2025 (10:00 am) - 30.04.2025 / 16:00.
  • A reservation request is only possible online using the form provided. Other reservation requests (by e-mail, telephone, fax, ...) cannot be considered.
  • Reservation requests from private individuals (non-companies) cannot be considered and will be cancelled without giving reasons.
  • Reservation requests will only be accepted from companies with a valid billing address. It is not possible to split a reservation request between several companies! These reservation requests cannot be considered.
  • The reservation enquiry includes a minimum number of 5 tables and a maximum of 20 tables per company. If you would like to book more than 20 consecutive tables, please send an e-mail to vorverkauf@pichmaennel-oktoberfest.de.
  • Information on table and ticket prices can be found under "ticket information" on our website. For tables of 10, the Festival Meadow Table prices apply.
  • All table reservations are linked to a menu booking. This means that a menu must be booked for each guest. There are 3 different menus to choose from. On the day of the event, additional food and drinks can be ordered à la carte as usual from our service staff. An overview of all available menus will be available on this website in good time before the reservation form is activated (menu item "menus").
  • During the reservation process, you will see the available event dates in the drop-down menu. You also have the option of entering two alternative dates in the enquiry form.
  • A maximum total contingent of 50 Festival Meadow Tables (table for 10 people) + 3 VIP boxes (VIP box for 16-20 people) is available for each day of the event. All additional or unclaimed tables will be released for regular advance sale on 14th May 2025 at 11:00 am. If the contingent is already exhausted, this day will no longer appear in the selection. If the contingent for your desired date is already exhausted, we will try to place your reservation on one of the alternative dates you have specified.
  • Reservation requests will be processed from 30th April 2025 after receipt of all request forms in the order in which they are received. Only receipt of the invoice in the period from 30/04/2025 to 14/05/2025 will be deemed confirmation of your reservation. Allocated tables are contiguous and in a fixed area and cannot be changed. Please refer to the invoice sent to you for the binding payment date.
  • A one-off processing fee of EUR 70.00 gross per order will be charged for the advance reservation.

If these conditions do not apply to you (e.g. if you would like to book fewer tables), please place an order via our booking portal at the official start of advance booking (also possible as a company). Please refrain from enquiries by e-mail, telephone or fax. Thank you very much.

The resale of tables or individual seats to third parties is strictly prohibited and will result in the loss of validity of the tickets without replacement.

Important notes

  • Cancellation of the purchase is only possible until the order has been processed by the organiser and can only be made for entire orders.
  • Rebookings and any changes to the order or invoice are not possible after the order process has been completed.
  • Visitors are responsible for the items they bring with them.
  • The cloakroom is located directly in the entrance area and can be used for a fee.
  • The entire marquee is covered and heated.
  • Smoking is not permitted in the entire marquee! Please use the designated areas.
